• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

4.1 Registration Requirements

You agree to provide truthful information when registering your 3jl3 Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid mobile number (in +63 format), and a valid email address. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension or permanent closure.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the 3jl3 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or additional Accounts — whether in the same name or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If 3jl3 identifies multiple Accounts linked to the same individual, 3jl3 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, withhold any bonus funds, and review all transactions for potential violations of these Terms.

4.3 KYC and Identity Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, 3jl3 may require you to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This may include submission of government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and/or proof of ownership of your registered payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash account registered in your name). 3jl3 will not process withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.4 Account Security

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits to your 3jl3 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Deposits made from unverified or mismatched payment sources may be held pending investigation and returned to the source at 3jl3's discretion.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 3jl3 Account. 5.4 Currency

All financial transactions on the 3jl3 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 3jl3 does not accept foreign currency deposits. Currency conversion fees, if any, charged by a Player's payment provider are the Player's sole responsibility.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

Where abuse is identified, 3jl3 reserves the right to void all associated bonus funds and close the Account.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct associated with the Account.

Upon Account closure, any real money balance (net of any void bonus amounts and pending dispute amounts) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, unless the closure is related to fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct, in which case funds may be held pending investigation.

Players may also voluntarily close their 3jl3 Account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 3jl3 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any content or software from the 3jl3 Platform without the prior written consent of 3jl3.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 3jl3 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including losses arising from:

• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, you agree that the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

3jl3 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 3jl3 will provide reasonable notice to affected Players through one or more of the following methods: a prominent notice on the Platform, an email notification to your registered address, or an in-account notification upon next login.

Your continued use of the 3jl3 Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept a material change to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the revised Terms take effect.
